Backflow Assembly Testing Management Software

The City of Bend requests proposals for a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Backflow Assembly Testing Management Software to replace the City’s current application. The proposed solution must support the administration and tracking of annual backflow prevention assembly testing requirements designed to safeguard the potable water system. Solution must be capable of meeting all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements, including Administrative Rules OAR 333-061-0070, Oregon Health Authority (OHA) regulations, and City of Bend Municipal Code Chapter 14.30.50. Detailed information regarding the services to be provided are provided in Exhibit A – Scope of Work.
