The City of Stephenville (City) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Texas-licensed engineering firms for professional engineering services associated with the planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration of a public water infrastructure project consisting of:• One (1) 1.0 million gallon Elevated Storage Tank• One (1) Potable Water Pump Station• Approximately 4.0 miles of 12-inch Transmission Water Main• Approximately 1.6 miles of 16-inch Distribution Water Main• SCADA, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Site Improvements, and related appurtenancesThe City intends to select the most highly qualified and best value engineering firm and negotiate a fair and reasonable contract for services.AddendaReceipt of any addenda to this RFQ must be acknowledged in the Statements of Qualifications (SOQ).
