The State University of New York (SUNY) Student Loan Service Center (SLSC), operating under the administration of the University at Albany (UAlbany) is seeking to contract with two collection agencies for the referral of delinquent Federal campus-based student loans and past-due educational accounts receivable. Only proposals from Contractors, presently engaged in the collection business and having collection experience with the Federal campus-based student loan programs and delinquent A/R will be considered.  Each of the two agencies selected will enter into two separate Agreements with the SUNY SLSC; one for the student loan collections and one for the delinquent accounts receivable. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: RMS - Recovery Management Services, Inc. National Collections Systems, Inc. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 6.00% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) MBE Goal: 15.00% WBE Goal: 15.00%
