Compost Building Expansion

The City of Nixa is issuing a Request for Bid for the construction of a compost building. This building will be an expansion to the current compost building located at 972 Old Riverdale Rd, at the wastewater treatment plant.    A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the project site on August 18, 2026 at 10:00AM. While it is not mandatory, it is highly recommend you attend in order to gain knowledge about the project site location, and the project itself. This will be your time to ask questions, and get clarification on the project.   The City highly encourages electronic submissions via the online bidding system as it expedites the process and helps to alleviate errors.   NO EMAILED bids will be accepted.   The Response Deadline is the date and time public unsealing of bid responses will be held. Public unsealing of bid responses will take place at: City of Nixa Public Works 1111 W. Kathryn St. Nixa, MO 65714   The City of Nixa reserves the right to accept or refuse any or all bids.
