MMCAP Event Planner

MMCAP, a division of the Minnesota Department of Administration, is issuing an RFP for the services of a contractor(s) that will serve as meeting planner on behalf of its pharmaceuticals and healthcare products and services group purchasing organization. MMCAP hosts its National Member Conference (NMC) for its membership and is seeking the assistance of a meeting planner to coordinate this annual conference. MMCAP Event Planner Responders must submit their responses on the Supplier Portal.  No non-electronic or email responses will be accepted.  The response must be submitted no later than the date and time stated in the RFP and Event Details. SWIFT Contractor Assistance HelpDesk: 651-201-8100, Option 1.  If your response does not meet the Mandatory Requirements, it will not move forward in the evaluation process.
