Hollonville Meter Connection at Hollonville Road Division I & II

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Hollonville Meter Connection at Hollonville Road Division I & II will be received, by Pike County Water & Sewerage Authority, at 7818 US-19 South, Zebulon, Georgia 30295, until Friday, September 11, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. local time, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the proposed Hollonville Meter Connection at Hollonville Road Division I & II as shown on the construction drawings. In general, construction consists of Division I - Metered Connection to the City of Griffin Transmission line complete with Pressure reducing valve, meter, and double detector check valve assembly located in two vaults, yard piping, valves, Jack & bore steel casing and all associated measures for the complete project. Division II - includes approx. 1,300 L.F of 8 PVC Watermain, fire hydrants, gate valves, erosion control and all associated measures for a complete project. Time allotted for completion of work is 90 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion. Work shall be complete and ready for contract close-out with 104 consecutive calendar days. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work will be awarded in one (1) Contract. Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from Watkins & Associates, LLC, 1606 Whiddon Mill Road, Tifton, Georgia 31793, (229) 388-8823 (Office of the Engineer), upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $300.00 (cash or check) or $309.00 (credit/debit card) for each set. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Pike County Water & Sewerage Authority, 7818 US-19 South, Zebulon, Georgia 30295, or at the Office of the Engineer at Watkins & Associates, LLC, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
