Street Patching, 2026

The Town of Alamo is seeking sealed bids for the patching of streets as specified in the bid specifications available at Alamo City Hall. Interested bidders can obtain the specifications by contacting Amanda Griffin at Alamo City Hall via phone at 731-696-4515 or by emailing amandaharris.38001@gmail.com.Bids must be submitted by September 14, 2026, by 3 PM at City Hall located at 97 S Johnson St, Alamo, TN 38001. Each bid must include a brief statement of the bidder’s qualifications. A public bid opening will occur at 3:30 PM on the same day and location. Bidders are required to submit separate bids for each street segment. The work is expected to be completed by November 6, 2026, using 1.5 inches of TDOT-411D material.The Town of Alamo plans to make an award on September 14, 2026, at 5 PM during the Regular Meeting of the Alamo Mayor and Board of Alderman and will notify bidders immediately. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and make awards in a manner deemed in the best interest of the Town.
