Guardrail Installation, Repair, Replacement and Related Services

This document constitutes a request for competitive, sealed proposals from prospective contractors for Guardrail Installation, Repair, Replacement and Related Services for Clay County Road and Bridge in accordance with the requirements and provisions stated herein. While this solicitation constitutes a need, Clay County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or proposals received, without clarification. The Clay County Road and Bridge Department is soliciting Requests for Proposal from qualified contractors to provide guardrail installation, repair, replacement, and related roadside safety services on rural county-maintained roadways. Clay County owns and maintains approximately 310 Guardrails, located within the limits of rural Clay County. All county-owned Guardrail Assets are documented within our GIS mapping layer. It is the intent of the RFP to provide Guardrail Repair and Installation Services on an as needed basis. *In order for an Invitation for Bid to be considered complete, the Clay County document(s) must be completed in their entirety. The cover page MUST be completed, all pages MUST be initialed and the Terms and Conditions Acknowledgement Form MUST be signed. Additionally, all Addendums, Exhibits and Supplementary Documents, as required, MUST be acknowledged, signed and submitted with all Bid documents, as well. All Questions Due by Friday September 04, 2026. All Questions will be ANSWERED by Addendum after the Question Period Ends.
