SECUREMENT SERVICES SCOPE OF WORKSERVICES:Providing the emergency repairs and securement for private abandoned properties on an as-needed basis, requested by the Community Development Department, Code Enforcement Division. Contractors will be on-call and used individually, in rotation and on an as needed availability as conditions arise that exceed the on-call contractor’s resources. Services will include:1. All bids shall be based upon the scope of work as described in the Scope of Work (SOW).2. All board-up cost shall include materials and labor, as described in attached “Board-Up Specifications.”It will be the Contractor's responsibility, without further direction from the City, to meet all contract requirements in this agreement. Specific site requirements, time periods and schedules will be specified for each job required by the City.1.
