Sodium Chloride (Rock Salt)

Purchase of Sodium Chloride (Rock Salt) by the Louisville Metro Government (Metro) for each of its storage locations for use in the Metro Snow and Ice Program. The unit bid price quoted will be F.O.B. to the designated delivery point on the delivery order and will remain firm during the term of the Agreement (a list of delivery locations is attached). Local, State and Federal guidelines/regulations for salt storage: Vendor shall comply with all federal and Commonwealth of Kentucky (Commonwealth) environmental laws concerning the storage and transportation of salt during the term of this Agreement.
