Furnish & Deliver Liquid Non-Zinc Orthophosphate

The NORTH JERSEY DISTRICT WATER SUPPLY COMMISSION is seeking bids for the purchase of approximately 1500 tons of liquid non-zinc orthophosphate for a two-year contract term, intended for use at its Water Filtration Plant in Wanaque, New Jersey. The estimated quantity may vary, and the Commission reserves the right to adjust the order without additional compensation if the actual quantity is less than estimated. Bidders must submit an analysis of the liquid non-zinc orthophosphate with their bid package, along with a written affidavit attesting to the analysis's validity. Sealed bids must be received by the Commission before 1:30 PM on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at their offices. The contract will cover the furnishing and delivery of the chemicals from November 24, 2026, through November 23, 2028. All bids must be submitted on the forms provided by the Commission. Bidders are required to comply with New Jersey statutes regarding discrimination in employment and must submit a valid Business Registration Certificate. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 10% of the contract price, not exceeding $20,000, and a surety's consent. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting their bids and must complete an Access Approval Form for site visits. The initial contract term is two years, with the possibility of two one-year renewals.
