Event Rentals, Supplies, Equipment and/or Services

The Belton ISD is interested in receiving proposals from qualified vendors to provide Event Rentals, Supplies, Equipment and/or Services to the District. If you were awarded RFP #2309-440-323, there is no need to respond to this proposal #2309-440-323-1.      Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. As proposal responses are received or on a periodic basis, they will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by the district, based on the criteria outlined within the request for proposal. Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response.    The term of this contract will be from award date  through November 30, 2025 with three automatic one-year renewals.   Belton Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District.
