Work includes removal of existing roofing materials and related mechanical and electrical work. The contract includes one (1) additive alternate for installation of heat trace at the roof drains within the Basic Bid work area.The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Project substantial completion date will be June 30, 2027.A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 10:30am on Tuesday August 25, 2026 at the project location (941 N Reeve Blvd).
